Being a family trade construction is our passion. We have been doing constructions for many generations and the current principals of the company, Manzoor Ahmad Khokhar and Khalid Khokhar have over 75 years of experience in general building construction. Our management possesses hands on knowledge of various trades of general building construction. Our staff is highly qualified and dedicated to construct or renovate fine homes. We provide high end work at very reasonable price and we work hard to make sure that our customers get exactly the kind of finish they look for.
Every member of our staff is experienced and certified and has been with us for at least 5 years. We hold ongoing training and safety seminars to ensure up-to-date styles and techniques as well as safe work environment.
Owner Khalid Khokhar makes it a point to visit each jobsite and discuss any questions or concerns with clients. We want to provide each of our clients with a high end work that is finished with great details at a reasonable price. Warranty and insurance is provided for all services we provide.
We are California Licensed Contractor in class A & B and are fully insured and bonded.

We buy our materials in bulk directly from the manufacturer or a wholesale distributor, allowing us to keep our prices down and quality high.
